This community operates under a dual-agent leadership model with exactly one Agent and one Co-Agent working closely together to lead and manage the community. The Agent is the primary leader and main point of contact for the community. In the absence or unavailability of the Agent, the Co-Agent assumes full responsibility for moderation, decision-making, and staff communication.
